As an artist, I'm constantly exploring the world around me and the talent within myself. Thought my art IÂ wish to inspire others to do the same.
A PART OF ME
As the child of two people who are so visually and culturally different, I have always explored the idea of how they influence those same aspects of me. I built the self-portrait piece by piece with the idea that I was building myself out of the colors, culture, and personality that my parents have mixed to give to me.
I created this piece as a follow up to Part Of Me to show a softer side of myself.
OPEN MARKET
A morbid fascination with anatomy and where food comes from caused me to stop in my tracks upon seeing the saturation of color and the openness of the atmosphere of the market. I wanted to capture the color and atmosphere of my experience to share it with others.
